Payment Method
Insightly.com accepts credit card payments for upgrading to a paid plan. The system will attempt to bill your credit card on your monthly or annual renewal date. If the card fails for any reason, the account owner will receive an email with a link to update the credit card information. The billing system will retry billing automatically up to four times: the initial payment attempt and then three more attempts after 3, 5, and 7 days. If the credit card fails after 4 attempts, the paid subscription will be canceled, and the account will revert to the free plan. To correct the credit card issues, the administrator can access the Billing & Account page to update the billing information and reinstate the account. Unfortunately, PayPal is not an accepted payment method.

How To Open A Insightly Account?
To open an account on insightly.com, follow these steps:
- Visit the Log in screen and select the Create an account link.
- Enter your email address and click the Sign Up button.
- A verification link will be sent to your email. Navigate to your inbox, locate the email, and click on the verification link.
- On the registration screen, enter your full name and create a password with a minimum of 8 characters, ensuring it includes a special character or number for enhanced security.
- Click the Sign Up button. You will be required to verify through the reCAPTCHA checkbox, after which you will need to click the Sign Up button once more.
- After completing the signup process, you will receive a success message, and your trial account will be ready for use shortly.
- Once you log in, provide your company details, including Organization name, Employee count, Industry, and Phone number, then click LET'S GO.
- Enter names and email addresses for any users you would like to add to your account and click SEND INVITES.
You now have an Insightly account. If you want to sign up via Google or Microsoft, select Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft and then choose the Google or Microsoft credentials. If prompted for access, allow Insightly access to your Google or Microsoft Account. Google Workspace administrators can create a different type of Insightly account that's connected to Google. "Insightly for Google Workspace" offers one extra feature: Users can log in to Insightly directly from Google.
Insightly Return Policy?
As stated in Section 6d of the Terms of Service, Insightly does not issue refunds. If a subscription transfer to a different Insightly account is desired (for instance, when changing Google Workspace/G Suite/Google Apps domains), the new account should be upgraded and a request for a credit transfer should be sent to Insightly Support.
